The Basic Science Educator is the official peer-reviewed journal of the International Association of Medical Science Educators. Contents include a diversity of articles describing original research, current trends in medical science education; reports, critiques, and commentaries on innovative teaching methods; letters, opinions, commentary, and debates on timely topics of interest to medical science educators; and educational resources. This journal, previously published in hardcopy, has been undergoing conversion to PDF-file electronic format. All back issues as they become posted are available to all. Furthermore, abstracts from the current issue are also freely available.
