The National Library of Medicine's Basic Medical Pathology videodisc series has been used by schools throughout the world to teach health professions students the basics of medical pathology. This site represents an attempt by the Pathology Education Instructional Resource of the University of Alabama at Birmingham to make these materials available via the World Wide Web.
